Mindfulness in Therapy: Techniques to Empower and Heal
This workshop will provide education about the basic principles of mindfulness interventions, its relationship with mental health, and how to incorporate it into treatment planning. Participants will be able to describe mindfulness tools, how mindfulness can be used to improve mental health, and design treatment plans that incorporate mindfulness interventions .
