  3. Introducing approaches for resolving and managing contrasting standards

Agenda:

*overview of legal and ethical principles relevant to clinical practice, overview of halachic and hashkafic (religious law and philosophy) relevant to clinical practice 30 minutes
*comparing and contrasting the frameworks and expectations 30 minutes
*common dilemmas for the law-abiding, ethically competent religious clinician, 30 minutes
*avenues for resolving dilemmas and conflicts, 30 minutes

1 hour discussion, Optional Q and A
